This new regulation requires consumer units and similar switchgear assemblies within a domestic premises to have their enclosure manufactured from non-combustible material, or enclosed in a cabinet or enclosure constructed of non-combustible material while complying with BS EN 61439-3 and regulation 132.12.bit.ly/29gs6mw
